Is there a group chat feature on this app? I would like to connect with others on the program.

The ReCODE app doesn’t include a user to user chat feature, but gives you direct access to our online discussion forums, currently in beta. If you have already registered as a participant with us, you have immediate access to it by selecting the forum icon:
